To many Brits – we grew up with an emotional attachment to New Zealand. It was the furthest part of our old empire, created and developed from British stock, a loyal partner in two world wars.

Many were saddened when our trade links were damaged by Britain joining the “common market” in 1973 – cutting “our family” off from the British home market – wishing them well as they looked to carve their identity and trade links with others.

But New Zealand over the last 10-years is not the New Zealand that we remember and is not the New Zealand – that we should offer our hand of friendship too.

What we see is an authoritarian Socialist government dancing to the tune of Red China – regardless of the allies these actions damage.

Feted by the Globalists – their leader Ardern – the lady who is so quick to enact some of the most draconian lockdown policies in the world – who “shut down” the freedoms of the city of Auckland after one solitary case of China flu – yet proclaims to her audience – that her government was unable to hold or deport a hostile refugee living amongst them – because the law did not allow.

Her party holds 65 seats in the 120-seat assembly – that even a child can work out – is a majority – but thus far – in the 5-years she has been Prime Minister – she has been unable to introduce new legislation to protect her people.  We question whether her government even tried – as they play the “darling” to their liberal audience.

Unfortunately, across the political spectrum, the political choice to New Zealanders seems to be extremely limited with no Populist movement – either the authoritarian Socialists or the “mad as hatters” National Party

What conservative would support a National Party who kept within its senior ranks, Dr Jian Yang – who admitted that he had worked for Red China in the training of spies – and who from 2017 to 2020 refused to grant any English language interviews.  Maybe one of his colleagues should have reminded him that he lived in an English-speaking country…

But – internal Covid rules, refugee legislation – is a matter for New Zealanders and New Zealanders alone.

Where it impacts the West – is the foreign policy of the Socialists and its continuing membership of the “Five Eye” intelligence programme

On foreign policy – New Zealand seems to have only one central policy – expanding its trade with Red China – regardless of the costs to the West.

As the Australian government under Scott Morrison – put duty before the dollar – in calling for a transparent investigation into the origins of the China flu the Ardern government – kept quiet…

As Red China placed “unfair barriers” against Australian product in retaliation – did New Zealand support its neighbour? No – instead she took the Chinese Yuan themselves.

In March 2020 – when the Five Eyes nations condemned the Red Chinese for the security crackdown in Hong King – destroying the city’s semi autonomy and its limited democracy, arresting democrats en masse – who amongst the Five Eyes partners was missing in action during this condemnation…yes, New Zealand

We therefore ask, can New Zealand officials be trusted with sensitive intelligence information?  Can we trust their Socialists who place Chinese trade contracts as their core foreign policy and an opposition that had an individual that trained communist spies?

New Zealanders need to wake up – as they sleep walk over the abyss – and out of the Allies camp.
