The neocon faction who in Year 2000 \u2013 piggy backed to power \u2013 under the Bush family name \u2013 led by the VP Dick Cheney and his loyal lieutenant Donald Rumsfeld. At the time, the United States was the only global superpower \u2013 communism had been defeated in Europe and an opportunity was available to bring Russia into the western world, the communists in China were standing with their begging bowls out craving for globalist money in return for the use of their low cost and illiterate population.
